£30,000 toilet to spend a penny on
A former bus driver's toilet has gone on sale in Edinburgh for £30,000.
The single-storey lavatory measures a wee 6.4 square metres but includes 2 WC cubicles and washing facilities.
The property is one of the smallest in the Scottish capital where house prices now average £130,000.
Estate agents Graham + Sibbald say that because of zoning regulations can't be converted into a home but are convinced they will still be "bogged down" with interest.
Les McAndrew of Graham & Sibbald said: “We are flushed with success at being appointed to handle this property, which occupies a highly prominent site and lends itself to use as an advertising station or to a variety of other potential uses.
