Bible stories ... with added sex and booze
Adam was sex-obsessed, Josephs family were annoyed he wasn't married to Mary, and Goliath was a celebrity binge drinker - according to a new version of bible stories.Anglican vicar, Rev Robert Harrison, has retold the famous stories from the perspective of the non-believer in a new book 'The Must Know Stories'.
He says the book aims to make the stories more accessible, rather than to promote Christianity.
Publishers Scripture Union say the book is a way of restoring understanding of the importance of 10 key stories in the Bible
