Children banned from buying Ketchup
Police in Norfolk have banned children from buying tomato ketchup in an effort to fight anti-social behaviour. The move comes after complaints from locals that sauce was being sprayed over their homes and cars.
Police admit the ban might sound odd, but they insist it is working. They added that while squirting ketchup is not a criminal act, it could be possible to bring charges of criminal damage if paintwork was damaged on homes or vehicles.
