It's been a strange one.

Woolies is almost wrapped up, Microsoft has had to plug a hacker-shaped hole in IE7, their Xbox 360 has been voted the most desired crimbo gift by teenagers whilst simultaneously having fingers waved at it for scratching its game discs.

The next Mac World expo in January 2009 will be the last one that Apple will attend – and there'll be no more keynote speeches made by Steve Jobs. Ever!

And now there's a white DSLR camera!!!
Pentax's K2000 (aka KM) is a rather spanky DSLR and has received some pretty good reviews since it appeared.

Its ease-of-use, mid-range features, low price and easy to handle size has had mass appeal.

Well, now it finds itself in a rather Mac fan-friendly hue.

The white camera will be exactly the same as its old-fangled black stablemate and will come with custom white-and-black 18-55mm and 50-200mm lenses (Pentax DA L 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 AL and Pentax DA L 50-200mm F4-5.6 AL).

The limited edition white Pentax K2000 kit will be available on a very limited basis in February 2009 at a price to be announced. (current production of regular K2000 with 18-55mm kit is selling at around the £340 mark).
